Having previously left a review of "Wired" (and complaining about its' cliffhanger ending), I decided to splurge and purchase The Complete Collection of "For the Billionaire's Pleasure". Then I proceeded to waste another full day binge-reading the complete series. Again, loved the stories but I still say the plot is thin. The story basically is the development of Luke and Claire's erotic relationship, with all the attendant complications of two strong personalities. The writing itself glowed with feeling in areas, some finely honed alliterative phrasing and similes had me smiling. That said, what is Ms Adams' hang up with Luke's "fine polished cotton" shirts and his "spicy citrus scent" aftershave? The first two or three references to them is more than adequate.Product details

The first book was kinda boring too much sex scene. 2nd book was okay. 3rd book is kinda rush...
But I still I'd finish reading it but takes 5 days reading it on and off. it is not some books I read I can't put it down.....
I couldn't put it down. I read until my eyeballs where ready to fall out of my head. While reading Luke & Claire's story I could actually visualize them and all of the other characters in this story. That to me makes for an awesome book.
I thoroughly enjoyed this series! Luke is definitely on my short list of book boyfriends and Claire is an excellent example of a strong, independant and fierce female that can't help but fall for Luke's charm and "Alpha-ness". I strongly recommend everyone to 1 click this series and be ready settle in for an enjoyable read!
I loved this series but was very Disappointed in the ending - I wish the author had taken it all the way to the baby's birth and How Luke Handled it. The epilog should have been about Luke handling the new baby in there home. I am going to read the follow up book but I truly felt let down at the end.
Loved Claire...she was so spunky, sexy and strong. Completely in charge! Luke made me want to lock him in a closet a few times!!! A cold, damp closet. For as smart as he was, stupid people don't make themselves into billionaires, he was DUMB, lol. Maybe emotionally ignorant is nicer, lol. But he proved himself in the end and their HEA seems pretty perfect... )
Found Evelyn Adams while reading a summer anthology fourteen authors in a book called Fee The Heat. Read some great/ok stories but I found a few authors that I want to co tinge to read Evelyn Adams is the first I bought after reading about Luke and Claire in Wanted. She did not disappoint Wired, Wanton and Won had me glued to the book the entire weekend. Definitely recommend and I will purchase Eric's story next.
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed reading this. There is so much more to this story than the hot sex, although that is definitely a fun part. I like how wonderful a character Claire is...strong, smart, caring, a great boss, a loving daughter, and her love for Luke is amazing. Luke is a pain in the butt at times, but his father is to blame for most of it...and his ego is to blame for the rest. Thank goodness he fell in love with Claire, but it is not as smooth sailing as Claire would like. His penchant for always feeling he knows best is both aggravating and frustrating...but life saving as well. I love the ending and am so glad I read this. Being able to read all three books kept all the characters fresh in my mind.
